The Sea Oats Motel offers
clean & comfortable accommodations for the budget minded person who does not want to pay the beach prices. Built in the
early 1960’s, the motel is family owned & reflects the quaintness & simplicity of our rural setting. We offer
several types of rooms that are hopefully suitable to your needs.
TYPES OF ACCOMMODATIONS:- Our Single & Double rooms contain Cable TV, a microwave oven, a refrigerator &
a coffee pot.-
Our Efficiency units have a fully equipped kitchen for cooking as well as all of the items in a single & double room.
These rooms are in a higher demand so we recommend reserving them well in advance.
Please call or email for our current rates. We do offer a discounted weekly rate for stays
7 or more days & a discounted offseason rate during the fall, winter & spring.

reservations, call (252) 491-8455. A reservation can be confirmed with a credit or debt card number or payment for the first
night’s charge as a deposit.
